The Villa, already featured in the magazine “Ville e Giardini” in the June 1972 (photographs by Simonetta Ferrante), is in strategic spot for spending memorable holidays by the sea in complete seclusion.

In fact in a few hours you can easily reach visit places like: Siracusa, Catania, Acireale, Taormina, Noto, Piazza Armerina, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Pantalica, the Simeto nature reserve, the Vendicari nature reserve, Mount Etna Park and the Nebrodi Park.

Villa “La Punta” is at the top of the cliffs above the sea, steps carved in the rocks lead to the private beach.

The Villa consists of the main apartment and the adjoining annex, both equipped with every comfort:

Heating, Air Conditioning in the bedrooms, Satellite TV, DVD Player, Stereo, Internet Mobile broadband,Safe, Dishwasher, Washing machine in an outside utility room.

-The Private Beach is sheltered by a headland called “La Punta” which has a charming natural arch. In the distance the smoking Mount Etna dominates the bay. The Calabrian coast is often visible.

-A luxuriant Garden, with a large lawn, flower beds, cacti and tall shrubs, surrounds the villa.

-The large Swimming Pool overlooks the sea, is made into an ancient Greek stone quarry; big cut stones are clearly visible in the garden.

-The relax area with Sauna and Jacuzzi for 4 people, is under a wide covered archway, on the same level as the swimming pool. There is a wonderful view of the sea and heating for use in winter.

The Main Apartment (9 beds) has: hall, large living-room, dining-room, closed veranda with fireplace and connecting door to the annexe, 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins, 1 triple) all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, indoor kitchen. Large terraces and verandas with breathtaking views all around. Outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

The Annexe (6 beds) has: hall with kitchenette, living-room with sofa beds, 2 bedroom (1twin,1double), all with air conditioning, 2 bathroom (one of these is near the relax area), large terrace with panoramic view. Barbecue.
